Our Crémant de Limoux rosé is a refreshing blend of Chardonnay, Chenin Blanc, Pinot Noir and Mauzac, these flagship varieties of the Limoux region. You are very careful to obtain this delicate pink color and the fineness of these burbcujas thanks to an elaborate fermentation of Pinot Noir grapes. The rosé Crémant de Limoux, as in Champagne, benefits from the traditional method discovered in the sixteenth century by the monks of the Abbey of Saint-Hilaire.
